Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Sometimes things come up and appointments may need to be changed. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify Holy Grail Nails as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.

Cancellation Fee

Holy Grail Nails has a 100% cancellation fee. Clients should contact the studio at 925-518-5736 as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.

Booking Responsibility

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that appointment time is reserved specifically for them and agree to follow the studio’s cancellation and rescheduling policy.
